My name is Catherine Allbritton. I was born and raised in a city called Valdosta, GA about 5 hours from Montgomery. I was homeschooled 1st through 12th grade (I actually had a graduation ceremony just for me), and I'm now a sophomore at Faulkner University studying Musical Theatre. Theatre and music are my passion, and one of my dreams is to be a musical director for childrens' theatre so I can give kids the chance to find their love for theatre.
A couple other things, I love the colors teal/aqua; I don't like bananas; and I sing all of the time because I feel like I am opening up my heart and soul. Oh, and in case you couldn't tell...short hair, don't care 😎
I totally understand what you're saying! Introductions can be very awkward. Especially when you don't have a conventional life and it confuses people. The whole introduction goes south and you end up in awkward silence and those weird nodding smiles. Something that you mentioned is that you lived in Valdosta, which is cool because I lived there too! -Esther-
ReplyDeleteI agree, I definitely don't like being put into awkward situations, like introductions. However, I feel that everyone is awkward and weird on the inside! I myself can relate with a lot of what you're saying about not knowing what to say and whether or not it's going to come out embarrassing or not. Being in class, however, I do not think you are as awkward as you think. I think you are very humorous and you definitely know what you are talking about! I really enjoyed reading your blog!! -Maddie
